When you submit a treatment request through this website, we collect:

  • Country of residence
  • Treatment type and description of your dental concern
  • Optional information: number of teeth, jaw details, budget range, preferred timeframe
  • Whether you have dental photos or X-rays available
  • Technical data: page you submitted from, UTM parameters if present

We do not collect payment information. We do not store dental photos or X-ray files unless you choose to upload them through the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Process and submit your dental treatment request to the Offerqo platform
  • Share your request with independent dental clinics and dental professionals who can review your case and prepare a quote
  • Send you a confirmation email and any responses from clinics
  • Improve our service and website

Important: personal contact details (phone, email) within the description field are automatically masked by AI before being displayed to clinics. The original data is stored separately and securely.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

Your treatment request is shared with independent dental clinics and dental professionals registered on the Offerqo platform. These are independent third parties. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your treatment request data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of your request and to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
